Conditional Formatting with multi select dropdown list

When using Conditional Formatting, I want to make my primary column change colors when a combination of choices are made in a multi select dropdown,.

What it looks like now is this: Ifcolumn 2 is 'condition'andcolumn 3 contains 'condition one' or 'condition two'then applythis formatto thecolumn one

Is there a way to change it tocolumn 3 contains 'condition one' AND 'condition two'?

    HiCLuke,

    When you're in the conditional formatting window creating the conditions for rule, if you select the options in the list for the dropdown column it will automatically format this to be an "or" statement.

    To create an "and" statement from a multi-select drop-down column type, click "自定义标准" when selecting the criteria for the rule. Then, choose "contains," typing in your "condition 1", and create a new "contains" for "condition 2" so that the rule only applies if both criteria are met.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
