条件通知/警报
嗨，Smartsheet社区，

发起者(通常是我!)
如果我让您参考Status字段，我们可以看到一个简单的流程流，其中If从New到Completed。
可以有一个“Modified”字段，详细说明上次编辑它的人。这是一个自动更新的系统字段。我想要的是将其与基于这些规则的警报功能结合起来。
步骤1)当我(Rod)在表格中添加问题(即进行更改)时，如果该问题仅与代理1相关(即代理2在其字段中设置为N/ a)，则向代理1发送通知，而不是向代理2发送通知。
步骤2)当机构1审查问题并回复/添加额外细节(添加附件或向行添加评论)时，应仅向发起者(Rod)发送警报。
步骤3)当我(Rod)回复代理1的评论时，应再次向代理1发送警报(但不向代理2发送警报，因为其设置为N/A)。
第四步)机构可以回复并将其“机构状态”字段从“正在进行”更改为“完成TBC”(待确认)。同样，Rod只会收到一个警告。
步骤5)然后Rod将审查最后的评论并更改为完成特定机构或更改回进行中并添加评论，然后我们将跳转回步骤2并发出相应的警报。
我希望这是有意义的。如果你需要我澄清什么，请告诉我。该机构的电子邮件地址可以是一个组电子邮件地址，也可以是一个特定的电子邮件地址列表(可能有来自该机构的多个人员从他们的端点管理表单)。
仅供参考:我过去曾与许多Smartsheet支持人员(Darren Brady和Kara Lumley等)合作过，我们暂时开发了一个手动解决方案，但这在很大程度上取决于最终用户在远RHS上为特定机构勾选了一个方框。这有它的问题，因为人们经常忘记打勾!我们也调查了第三方，但这带来了复杂性、数据共享问题和额外的成本影响。

The issue is it doesn't know whether to check the box or not check the box because there are multiple ORD0241 on the Request sheet and one is checked and one is not checked. If I am understanding correctly you want the box checked if any of the ORD0241 are checked on the request sheet. If that is correct you would need to use a countifs formula with an If formula<\/p>
