How to attach notes to a line item
Hi,
I need to attach notes to my line items.
Setting a column as a Note Field is not practical, as I have too much informaiton than can fit on a short line.
Using Comments is not practical, as I need to be able to easily access and edit the notes, not scroll thru a list of Comments.
How to achieve this in Smartsheet?

Would really appreciate this. I would like to use Smartsheet to review tasks with my team, and capture action items. These are very fluid and just need a notepad to capture. Advanced functionality would be to archive these daily so we can trace backwards.

Hi @Alta<\/a>,<\/p> You could set your conditions as OR for the 4 cells (add the extra cells and click on the \"and\" when you add the first one to change it to \"or\"):<\/p> If the different cells cause different outputs, then you would do something more like this with additional condition paths (selected by clicking the + button and selecting this option):<\/p><\/img><\/a>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
