Populate a column based on a Smartsheet User Profile data

Is there a way to access the fields in a Smartsheet User Profile.

  • I have anAssigned Tocolumn which can contain a singleContact Listtype.
  • Each single contact inAssigned Tois also a Smartsheet User.
  • I have a correspondingAssignee PH#column in the same row.

Is it possible to populate theAssignee PH#by doing a match/lookup that pulls from the user profile Work phone or Mobile. To be clear, this is what I am trying to get to:

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
