Losing data when multiple users making changes at the same time
Hello, I am having the exact same issue as Thor did in 2015 -https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/385/losing-data-2
I sent out a current user view report to my project managers and when they all update their individual rows/reports respectively, I keep losing the data in my cells. How do I ensure to get their updates without losing the information every time someone who is in the sheet saves over it? Has there been any update to this issue in the past 5 years?
I used to send out update requests individually but my project managers did not like the format and it was very time consuming so I thought the current user report would do the trick.
Any workarounds would be greatly appreciated as this is a huge hassle. Thank you.

I'm also interested in a way to avoid the issue Gita is having above. Rather than just using the Comments feature and instead entering info into a cell, but associated with the person who added it (if not the owner of the sheet). Similar to a shared Google Doc where people's names are shown by whoever added what.
