What is the formula for RYGB to use for status i.e. Green for Complete, Red for At Risk,etc.,
I appreciate the help on this. This is the formula that I am using:
=IF([Status]4=At Risk, "Red", IF([Status]4=Not Started, "Yellow", IF([Status]4= Complete,”Green”, IF([Status]4= In Progress "Blue",””))))

It looks like you created the formula outside of Smartsheet so some characters are wrong.
Try something like this.
=IF([email protected]= "At Risk"; "Red"; IF([email protected]= "Not Started"; "Yellow"; IF([email protected]= "Complete"; "Green"; IF([email protected]=“进步”;“蓝色”;" "))))
The same version but with the below changes for your and others convenience.
=IF([email protected]= "At Risk", "Red", IF([email protected]= "Not Started", "Yellow", IF([email protected]= "Complete", "Green", IF([email protected]= "In Progress", "Blue", ""))))
Depending on your country you’ll need to exchange the comma to a period and the semi-colon to a comma."
