我经常创建联络小组。我过去可以把任何我想要的电子邮件地址/人放入这些联系组……直到今天。
我今天创建了一个新组，由于某些原因，我有时会收到一条消息说“您不能将此用户添加到此组”。这条消息似乎只会发生在没有智能手机账户的特定人群身上。然而，我过去可以在没有智能表的情况下添加人员，所以我真的不知道发生了什么。
有人注意到这个新的限制吗?有人知道如何摆脱这个限制吗?

我也有同样的问题。智能表帮助说明，你可以添加任何人到一个组，不管他们是否是用户。我刷新了我的会话，可以添加一个人，但不能再添加了。

吉纳维芙P。 员工管理我们正在调查这个问题。如果添加的用户同时具备以下两个条件，似乎就会发生这种情况:
- 没有Smartsheet帐户
- 是"我的联系人"的一部分
为了解决这个问题，请从您的智能表联系人中删除受影响的用户帐户。
