Using Employee Directory template

inSmartsheet Basics

While using the Employee Directory template embedded in a website, is there a way for this information to be displayed in a way other than forcing a user to scroll through an entire list? For example, is a user able to type in a name and be taken to a smaller list based on their input? Also, can the list be limited and pages added? Another example, allowing the user to see the first 10 names and forcing them to click Next in order to see the subsequent 10 people.

    你当然可以做这个s using the API to get the list of Contacts into your Contacts Dropdown list which will sort as you suggest once loaded. I'm pretty sure you should be able to do this with Zapier which is pretty user friendly?

  • Counting symbols in two columns

    I am trying to determine a formula that will count the number of "flags" in one column if there is not a symbol in the second column. In the example below, there is only one flag that I want counted. Basically, the green/red/yellow symbol would cancel out counting the red flag if that makes sense.
