Issue: incorrect numbering of attachment versions

I faced this issue when three and more files are attached to the row. In this case, their numbering becomes incorrect. For example, the latest version of the file can be marked as V2 or V3 whereas it should be V4 (in case if four versions of a file are uploaded). This causes a mess and the only way out I see so far is to refer to the date of upload. But if files were uploaded on the same day, it is not an option too.

  • Counting symbols in two columns

    I am trying to determine a formula that will count the number of "flags" in one column if there is not a symbol in the second column. In the example below, there is only one flag that I want counted. Basically, the green/red/yellow symbol would cancel out counting the red flag if that makes sense.
