Status Update: Smartsheet Supported DocuSign Integration

Is the new Document Builder supposed to be the replacement for the Docusign Integration? If so, how can I end the document through a workflow in SS that still connects to Docusign with out using Bridge, Zapier or another paid tool?

Was this fully deprecated without the announcement that was promised (60 day and 14 day emails)? For the past several days we have been getting "unexpected error".

I'm severely disappointed in the lack of communication from the product team. Below is literally the email I have received 4 times, after explaining that Q3 is over, and we still don't have a timeline on this. I can build it through Zapier, but the sole reason we were using Smartsheet was because of this proposed functionality by Q3. Our business has been hurt by this, and there is still no sign of any timeline for the docusign integration to be released.

I don't want to waste countless hours building something through Zapier, if the release is coming in the next month or two. Just give us answers!

@Andrée Staråthanks for following up! The upcoming integration will be a hit, and the recent release ofDocument Builderbrings us one step closer to creating powerful document workflows in Smartsheet.

With that said, I've checked in with our Product team about this. They have confirmed we are actively working on this feature and expect it to be released around the end of year, however I do not have an exact date for when this may be. I'll update the post's title and be sure to update this post as soon as more dates become available.

Per the topic of deprecation, the new Smartsheet supported integration will be available with ample overlap before we turn off the unsupported DocuSign Labs integration. For previous Labs users, we have not yet turned off the DocuSign labs integration and you still will be notified 60 and 14 days prior.

Additionally, many of our new capabilities get released ahead of time to ourEarly Adopter Programso members can test, build innovative workflows, and share critical feedback before the capability is available to all. Anyone that is interested in exclusive, early access to some of our newest capabilities before they are released to the public should check out theEAP pageand apply to become a member.

There was an email sent out yesterday to users of the Smartsheet Labs version.
