At Risk Flag - Checkbox and Date
Hello!
I am trying to have an 'at-risk' flag for this following scenario.
If the "Onboarding Call Completed date is a date in the past,andthe "PIP Finalized" column is not checked, I need the 'PIP At Risk" column to flag.
I have floated to different threads but nothing I could put together got me to the solution I was looking for when I would try different variations.
Using example from my sheet below, the only row that should pop at risk is the last line since there is a date in the past and the PIP Finalized is not checked. If the date box is blank though, nothing should happen.

Please see this example I've created that should replicate the scenario you are looking for.
The formula I used in the flag column was: =IF(AND([Complete Date]@row < TODAY(), [PIP Finalized]@row <> 1), 1, 0)
As you can see; If the date is in the past and the checkbox is not checked, it inputs a flag, any other scenario (dates in past or future, or date in past but checkbox is checked) it will not place a flag.

I just attempted that and I actually got a flag pop when the date field was blank. Is there a way for the flag to be ignore if a date is not present? Below was the row it occurred when the formula was entered:

=IF(AND([Complete Date]@row <> "",[Complete Date]@row < TODAY(), [PIP Finalized]@row <> 1), 1, 0)
