    @Lawrence西

    你介意再解释一下吗?表格是如何在仪表板中使用的?是通过Web内容小部件的已发布链接吗?你的条件格式规则是什么(它们基于什么标准),这个标准是如何更新的?

    我的假设是,导致条件格式运行的更新刷新了表单,所以您不需要进入并打开它。

    例如,我刚刚测试了向包含特定状态的工作表提交一个表单,条件格式规则会将行设置为特定的颜色。提交表单后,我检查了Dashboard,其中显示了我的表单的发布视图。这个发布的视图显示了应用条件格式规则的新行提交。

    如果这不是您的场景,那么查看仪表板的屏幕截图和设置的条件格式规则将非常有帮助,但请屏蔽任何敏感数据。

    谢谢!

    @Genevieve P我不能代表Lawrence说话,但我的特殊情况是仪表板上的一个Report Widget。

    下面是我如何设置它的……

    母表根据选中的复选框设置了条件格式。被选中的复选框还驱动报告。因此,如果选中了该框,条件格式应该显示“红色”,并且该行应该显示在报表上。

    当我打开仪表板时,根据选中的框,行被正确地拉出,但条件格式没有到位。

    我没有去那里查报告。相反,我直接打开主表再次检查条件格式规则。

    当我打开工作表,保存图标立即变成“un灰色”。不幸的是,这些行太靠下了,无法在屏幕上看到它们在页面一打开时的样子。

    我继续保存,然后向下滚动到现在显示适当格式的行。

    我回到仪表板,发现报告小部件现在也显示了适当的格式。

    我认为,如果条件满足显示在报告上是工作的,那么(因为它是相同的条件)条件格式也应该是工作的。

    在前几天使用相同的表格/报告/仪表盘之前,我从未遇到过这个问题。

    @Lawrence西这听起来和你的情况相似吗?

    thinkspi.com

    @Lawrence西

    您的工作表是如何进行更改的?

    例如,是否根据日期划掉了文本或更改了颜色?还是由于从表单中添加了新行而发生了这种变化?

    我想知道是否有一种设置,需要表单识别日期,就像TODAY功能一样(见这里)以便更新条件格式。

    这将是非常有用的看到屏幕截图的表格中的网格视图你有你的方式设置条件格式,以及它是如何出现的仪表板.这可能提供吗?请屏蔽任何敏感数据。

    保罗,我不确定在你的例子中发生了什么-如果报告拉入正确的行,它应该也要拉入正确的格式为那些行以及…让我知道这是不是一致的模式。我试图复制的行为有新行通过一个表单提交进来,但它更新了仪表板和预期的颜色。

    @Genevieve P

    thinkspi.com

    thinkspi.com

    保罗新来的 ✭✭✭✭✭✭

    @Lawrence西我在所有的表格上都设置了这一点,但我仍然遇到了上述问题。希望这是一个罕见的故障在我的终端和链接将为您澄清事情。

    实际上,我使用Zapier向“主链接表”添加了一个新行,这样我就不必手动更新任何内容。这就是我使用Zapier的目的,所以它仍然属于免费版本。

    我有一个日期类型列

    =今天()

    在“主链接表”上。然后,当Zapier添加新行时,TODAY()将被更新。这是我在其他表格上链接到的单元格。然后在我的其他表格的公式中,我可以引用链接单元格,而不是使用TODAY()函数,这本质上给我一个自动更新的TODAY()。

    关于如何利用“主链接”(希望)让事情更容易一些,我有一个小小的建议。

    thinkspi.com

    thinkspi.com

    @Hitesh Wadhwa

Hey @SkiPatrolScott

Yes, you can use an existing summary field in another summary field within the same sheet. You can either click into the formula field of the existing formula to add to new formula, or type out the field name. Summary fields use a # in place of a row indicator. Using your example from above:

=new formula =[SS-Result1]#-[SS-Result2]#

If this doesn't make sense, help me understand where I lost you and I will try to explain it better.
