Can I Prevent Sorting of a Sheet
I have a sheet that I do NOT want anyone to be able to sort. However, they do need to add content and comments (edit) to the sheet. Is there a way to do this?
If there isn't and the editors will be able to do this then I have another question. How can I post or pin something to the top of sheet to let people know not to sort the sheet? I know I could add it to the sheet comments but people won't look there.

Something that might help could be to add an auto-number column or similar always to have a way to go back to the correct order.

You could have them use a report that way if the sort it it will not sort the base sheet.

True, and there are reports on this as well as Filters available. Still, there's that one person (who does need to edit this sheets) that will try to sort it and there goes a few hours of my time putting things back in order. Happened this week. :-/
