Filter for Current User - View on Dashboard not working as planned
Hello Smartsheet people,
I have a report that is pulling in all open tickets from a single source sheet, and I want the report displayed on a dashboard. I want this specific report to only show the tickets assigned to the current viewer of the dashboard.
The 'has current user' filter is on, and the column type is a contact column. Yet, my boss can only see my tickets, and nothing that she has assigned to her.
What am I missing? Or is this a feature of Dynamic view

Check the Report widget Advance Options. If Widget editor is selected, everyone who views the dashboard will see your tasks since you created the Dashboard. If you want the viewer to see their tasks, you have to change the setting to "Dashboard viewer".

Does your boss have access to the source sheet?
A user has to have access to the source sheet of a report to see the content in the report.

Yes, she has access. She has Admin privileges in the workspace the sheet is in.

My suggestion (tedious but effective) is to adjust the trigger to be daily (date based with custom selection of every 1 day) and run at a specific hour with the same conditions.<\/p>

Duplicate the workflow and adjust the hour to be the next hour. Duplicate again and adjust the hour. If you have selected specific fields to send in your message, you should be able to select \"Attachments\".<\/p>
