Webform Responder Tracking
How do you- or can you track a responder who has filled in a webform request- appart from asking for details in the actual webform itself- ie can you see the email addresses for responders?

If you require the user to be a registered smart sheet user, under the advanced options, you can track who submits the entry in the modified by column. This column is not static, however so it does not preserve the original submitter if someone else modifies the row.

Appologies... it is under form option, but not advanced options...

If you do have your sheet setup somehow so that the entries are respresented by [0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1], then this should work:

=IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row), < 0.25) = COUNT(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row)), "Not Started", IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row), 1) = COUNT(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row)), "Completed", "In Progress"))

In either case, you will need to substitute [BallCell] with the name of the column with your symbols. The column name is not visible in your screenshot.

This is a complicated one that I once got to work with RGY balls, but cannot figure out how to apply this to the Pain scale emojis. Hi @MeganJF

I guess you forget to use AND( ).

For example,

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row = <3.8, >4.7, "Mild,

should be

- IF(AND([Total Value to User Score]@row < 3.8, [Total Value to User Score]@row > 4.7), "Mild",

However, the following would be more straightforward.

- =IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 4.8, "No Pain",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 3.8, "Mild",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 2.8, "Moderate",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 1.8, "Very Severe",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row < 1.8, "Extreme", "//www.santa-greenland.com/community/discussion/7186/")))))

- IF(AND([Total Value to User Score]@row < 3.8, [Total Value to User Score]@row > 4.7), "Mild",
