Disappearing Formulas in Locked Column

I have a locked column with a formula used for a calculation. The formula is dragged all the way down.

The formula keeps disappearing within blank cells. The activity log says it is changed bycell link.I keep dragging down the formulas and saving, but it just resets again.

Any ideas?
