{{评论}}作为一个领域的自动售货机ed emails
I would like to send automated emails to certain people when a comment is added. I do NOT want the link to the master sheet to be included in that email. I would like to set up an automation that is "message only" with the {{fields}} of my choice. I need the comments fields to be included as a field in this email.

Everything would work except adding the comment. You'd need to add the comment to a column manually or possibly through a 3rd party service like Zapier.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried using Zapier to send an email with the comments embedded in the email but unfortunately Zapier is not recognizing the unique identifier field or the record created by email. It is only recognizing the comment created by email address.
I really need the comments to be sent embedded in the email OR the ability to remove the link to the master sheet in an email that would also include the comments field

You would use the below for Jan 2023 and adjust the month and year numbers accordingly for each of the other months.

=IF(AND(MONTH([Start Date]@row)<= 1, YEAR([Start Date]@row)<= 2023, MONTH([End Date]@row)>= 1, YEAR([End Date]@row)>= 2023), [$ per month]@row)

Lets try a different approach.

=IF(AND(VALUE(YEAR([Start Date]@row) + IF(MONTH(Start Date]@row)< 10, "0", "//www.santa-greenland.com/community/discussion/72410/") + MONTH([Start Date]@row))<= 202307, VALUE(YEAR([End Date]@row) + IF(MONTH([End Date]@row)< 10, "0", "//www.santa-greenland.com/community/discussion/72410/") + MONTH([End Date]@row))>= 202307), [$ per month]@row)
Basically we are creating a yyyymm stamp from the start and end dates and comparing them to the yyyymm stamp for that year/month combo. The above is for July 2023 (202307).
