1 Sheet on multiple worspaces

I am having problems trying to find a way to share 1 sheet to multiple workspaces, if this is even possible. Anyone have any ideas?

It isn't.

Each sheet is unique and resides in one location.

I think I see a use-case. What's yours?

The way I have handled my use-case is to have a COMMON (or EVERYONE)workspace. A user may be shared to COMMON workspace, several project workspaces, their department workspace, but not to everything in the account.
