Net Promoter Score on Dashboard

Hi there -

I'm building out a dashboard template on Smartsheet that will capture survey data from a training class. One of our metrics is Net Promoter Score for the class and I'm trying to put a needle graphic with the NPS (similar to the top needle graphhereorhere). Does anyone know if smartsheet has this capability?

    They do not with dashboards. The data visualization aspect of Smartsheet is limited to the widgets. A workaround would be creating this graphic elsewhere, saving it as a picture, and uploading it with the image widget. However, this obviously is manual and will not update as new survey results come in.

    An alternative might be using a Donut Chart (select Donut in chart type and in series select semi circle). You won't have an arrow, but it will look a little more like a speedometer.

    Thanks Danielle! This is helpful - looks like the Donut is the way to go with a Metric widget to the side. A little wonky in creation but it works!

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
