I found a discussion in the Microsoft Power Automate Community that is related to your issue, see here:Smartsheet Insert Row with more then 100 columns of data
Based on this, it sounds like the "Insert Row" action is limited to 100 columns through Power Automate and that this is expected behaviour. I would suggest adding your own experience to this post in the Microsoft Community.

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.<\/a><\/p>
