Mulitiple If Statements in a formula
Hello,
I am trying to get what stage our project is at from if boxes are filled our checks are checked.
=IF([Invoice Number]@row = "", "1. Need Invoice", IF(CLOSED@row = 1, "4.Closed"), IF(AND([Invoice Number]@row > 1, [Paid Date]@row > TODAY() - 365), "3. To Be Closed", "2.Waiting on Payment"))
When I do just this it works:
=IF([Invoice Number]@row = "", "1. Need Invoice", IF(CLOSED@row = 1, "4.Closed")
and if I do just this it works:
=IF([Invoice Number]@row = "", "1. Need Invoice",IF(AND([Invoice Number]@row > 1, [Paid Date]@row > TODAY() - 365), "3. To Be Closed"
I cant get it to work for all four scenerios.

Paul Newcome ✭✭✭✭✭✭It is just a misplaced closing parenthesis in your first formula.
=IF([Invoice Number]@row = "", "1. Need Invoice", IF(CLOSED@row = 1, "4.Closed", IF(AND([Invoice Number]@row > 1, [Paid Date]@row > TODAY() - 365), "3. To Be Closed", "2.Waiting on Payment")))
Notice how in your second formula you go directly from the "output if true" section of your 1st IF into the 2nd IF? You would want to do the same when going from the 2nd IF to the 3rd and then just close them all out at the end of the formula.
