Metric Widget Alignment
I'm trying to align a title and a symbol in a metric widget. I can do this in a report, but the widget is visually more appealing.
In the classic view, the symbols align tight to the title, which is good because the widget size is kept small. But I'd like to have them all aligned in a row.
In the new look view, the symbol symbols are better aligned, but the symbol size is the same as the title size, which makes the widget size too big (too much white space). Is there a way to get it aligned without too much wasted space in either view?

You could potentially adjust the widget to show a Stacked Layout instead of a Side-by-Side (seeUsing Metric Widgets):

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
