Avoid automation sending same email to contact listed on multiple rows

I have set up a sheet that lists every web page on my company's site and has a column listing the Content Partner who is in charge of that page. I have a workflow that alerts the Content Partner annually to review their pages.

Often, one Content Partner will be listed for multiple web pages in any given month (because they are in charge of more than one web page). I have it set to list links to the URL column of the sheet so they know the web pages to review.

With my current set up, that means the Content Partner is getting the same custom message repeated multiple times in the same email, depending on how many rows they are attached to month.

Is there a way to give them this generic, custom message only once, but still have them listed on multiple rows in the sheet? And still link to the URL column so they can see their pages?

    When I have this issue I create a report that lists the items, in your case the URLs. Then I just put the body of the email to say blah blah follow this link to see your URLs, and they click the link to go to the report. For the filter on there report, I use the Current User filter.

Ok, I found it. Classic case of submit something for help, then find the answer. I think what may have happened previously, is that I turned on all the filters, but since there isn't one for a Deleted Row, maybe the Deleted Row was hidden. When the user accesses it, they would only see their own submissions.<\/p>
