Document uploading from Onedrive

We are trying to set up Smartsheet to upload documents from a Onedrive shared account, but we are having problems because Smartsheet only presents me the option to select files from my own personal OneDrive (for Business) storage, not the Sharepoint sites documents that I have also access to through OneDrive. We achieved see these folders and their contents by adding a direct access to the personal Onedrive but it is not possible to upload the documents.

It is not possible for each user to attach the documentation that they have previously uploaded to a common folder because this folder is not in each user's personal storage.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with the application settings or it is not possible to do it.?

    We currently do not have a programmed capability for that specific feature to allow files from a OneDrive shared account, but it is a really great idea! I recommend submitting anenhancement requestto be considered for future development.


    In the meantime, an alternate solution is the option of downloading these documents on to your computer or creating a copy of the item directly from your OneDrive and then uploading them to your sheet as an attachment.

No, it currently isn't possible to share the Data Shuttle workflow configuration with another account. The set-up for that workflow is associated with one account. (Please let our Product team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!)<\/a><\/p>

That said, many team members will be able to trigger<\/em> that workflow, depending on what that trigger is. For example, if the workflow is based on an attachment, any user can upload the attachment for the workflow. Does that make sense?<\/p>

If you are looking to transfer workflows because a user has left the organization, you could potentially update the Primary email address associated with the account that owns the configurations. This will allow you to gain access to the Data Shuttle workflows from the new email. Keep in mind this would need to be an email that does not currently have a Smartsheet account. We've since had confirmation that there has been a fix in the Print behaviour for the Calendar app as of this weekend. Please try again and let us know if this has now been resolved for you. <\/p>
