当自动化发送通知电子邮件时,大多数情况下回复者是工作表所有者,但有时是修改工作表的人。查看文档,我找到了这篇文章:

在大多数情况下,您将在消息中看到的名字将是触发更改的人的名字——也就是说,对表格进行更改从而导致通知被发送给您的人。在所有其他情况下,使用的名字是纸张所有者的名字。”
但它没有解释Smartsheet如何决定消息中的名字是触发更改的人还是表的所有者。
我希望所有的电子邮件(或者至少大部分)都能显示触发更改的人的名字,但表格上发生的情况恰恰相反,大多数电子邮件显示的是所有者的名字,而大多数情况下,所有者并没有更改表格中的任何内容。

当单用户在工作表中的更改触发警报时,该用户将显示为通知电子邮件的发件人名称。
但是当通知电子邮件发送时,表单所有者将显示为发件人名称:
- 触发的警报多个用户在工作表中的更改
- 提醒(A时间的警告)
- 一个更新请求
- 一个批准请求

我的自动化是警报,如果有任何变化的表,但它设置为每天运行。我想这就是为什么大多数时候表格所有者是发送者,因为在白天很多人更改表格,但自动发送电子邮件一天只发送一次。
如果我将工作流从每日更改为触发时,它将始终显示更改表格的人。
