当自动化发送通知电子邮件时，大多数情况下回复者是工作表所有者，但有时是修改工作表的人。查看文档，我找到了这篇文章:

在大多数情况下，您将在消息中看到的名字将是触发更改的人的名字——也就是说，对表格进行更改从而导致通知被发送给您的人。在所有其他情况下，使用的名字是纸张所有者的名字。”
但它没有解释Smartsheet如何决定消息中的名字是触发更改的人还是表的所有者。
我希望所有的电子邮件(或者至少大部分)都能显示触发更改的人的名字，但表格上发生的情况恰恰相反，大多数电子邮件显示的是所有者的名字，而大多数情况下，所有者并没有更改表格中的任何内容。

我的自动化是警报，如果有任何变化的表，但它设置为每天运行。我想这就是为什么大多数时候表格所有者是发送者，因为在白天很多人更改表格，但自动发送电子邮件一天只发送一次。
如果我将工作流从每日更改为触发时，它将始终显示更改表格的人。
