Comment linking in Proofs

inSmartsheet Basics

Is there a setting to allow for the SmartSheet notifications on proof replies to link to the proof instead of just linking to the sheet and it appears like a dead end? We've been using the proof feature to help with creative management and whenever theirs a comment made for someone or a reply to a thread the "Reply in Smartsheet" link just goes to the sheet but doesn't open the comment thread. So it seems like the comment was removed or that it's a glitch.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
