In workapps, how do I remove pages (not make them hidden) from a specific role?

I have a workapp that has 20+ pages. I cannot have the viewer seeing all of these hidden functions on the left menu. Is there a way to remove these pages from the menu?

    OK I figured this out. Not sure why it didn't work the first time??


    Additional question - no matter what I do, when I launch the app, it goes to the same one page and role? How does it know what page to show if I am on multiple roles?

    I'm glad you were able to figure out your first question!

    In regards to the page that's shown first, this will be specific to each role. The page at the top of the list for each role will be the landing page for that role.

    Edit the Role:

    Then go to Page Permissions:

    From here you can adjust what order the pages show up for each role! The top one is the landing page.

    Thanks, yes I did figure it out eventually. My problem is that I guess I need to be publishing more often as things that I change, don't always stick.

    Hello. I had trashed a page that was no longer needed, instead of removing access first by making it Hidden in the WorkApp. Now when I go to view the app, it STILL shows the page with the "i" showing that the page is missing. Not sure why it's still showing up, when the page has been deleted. Any ideas?

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.<\/a><\/p>

You are not missing anything. This is how DV works with dropdowns unfortunately. My work around in the past is to create an other option in the drop down, user chooses save. Then have logic built for a text field that appears so the user can input the values not present in dropdown. <\/p>
