Data Shuttle Offload Error
Hello! Hope everyone is safe and sound. Since yesterday, I´ve been having troubles with my offload workflows, all of the 23 offloads (except 1) have been failing to run and reports this error: "Workflow Execute: A required header was missing or invalid: Content-Length"
I´ve been trying to figure out the reason by deleting and starting again the workflows, but nothing, I´ve changed the source or the target and for most of the cases it gave the same error. I am going to show a printscreen of the message as an example:
By the other hand, there is one offload tha seems to never fail, and there is another one that fails two or three times, then run succesfully, and then starts failing again and so on:
I´m truly baffled about this because it seems so random for me, but I´m sure that is because I still don´t understand the reason.
Thank you.

Hi all,
(@Fer,@Justin Everly,@Stacie Karkhoff)
Thank you for reporting this issue and for those of you who contacted our Support team! I've confirmed with them that this is a known issue that our engineering team is now currently investigating.
Our testing has found that the error only seems to occur when generating .csv files. In the meantime, try setting your workflows to generate an .xlsxfile instead of a .csv file. If needed, you can download the .xlsx file and convert it to a .csv through Excel > Save As.
Thanks again!

@FerI'm having the same issue today (10/8/21). I even deleted the workflow and re-added it. Maybe a bug?

When you re-added the workflow, did it run succesfully or it kept throwing the same error?
Yeah I´ve been considering that it is some kind of bug, maybe because yesterday (10/7/21)https://status.smartsheet.com/reported to be working in some stuff related to the workflows. So maybe that had some influence

Hello Fer,
My offload is doing the same after 400+ successful offloads. Seems an update caused the issue seeing others experienced the issue starting around 10/8 as well.
I rebuilt my offload and get the same error.
Offload - extract csv attach to sheet - no filters applied (straightforward extract)

Hello@Justin Everlywow...well then I guess that all we can do now is wait for Smartsheet to fix this bug...and hopefully for this week
Thank you for the feedback.

@Genevieve P.it seems this issue is back. I get errors when using a .csv file but no error when using a .xlsx file.

There was a brief window on the 2nd of June where certain Data Shuttle workflows were displaying an error, however this has now been resolved. Please try to re-run the workflow today! If it still gives you an error when you know that it shouldn't, contact theSupport team through the Portal.
Cheers,
Genevieve

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.<\/a><\/p>
