Calendar App won't let me transfer ownership

Hi, I am leaving my job and need to transfer the ownership of one of my calendars to my boss. When I put in her email address, it gives me an error saying she's not admin. That's because she's the owner, I made her the owner of the underlying sheet the calendar uses. Why won't it accept the transfer?
Thanks,
Mary

Is the source of the Calendar a Sheet or Report? Is it possible that the source is coming from a Report, so although the new owner is shared to the Sheet correctly, they're not the owner or Admin of the Report that the Calendar is based off of (or vice versa)? (See:Transfer Calendar App Ownership)
If this isn't the cause, I would recommendreaching out to Smartsheet Supportwith the URL of the underlying sheet, the new owner's email address, the name of the Calendar, and screen captures of the error message you're receiving. They'll be able to identify where the error is that's preventing the transfer.
Cheers,
Genevieve

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.

You are more than welcome!

Glad to hear that it worked for your present use-case.
