Creating a Group

Hi

I want to give my whole firm access to a particular smartsheet item. Is there a way to bulk upload contacts into a group without any additional add-ins / different licence?

I have access to our admin centre and have created the group I want however, when it comes to adding to the group it only gives me the option to add people individually

I can't see any bulk upload facility?

There currently isn't a way to bulk-upload contacts into a Group from the Admin Center (please provide your request and feedbackto our Product team, here!)

However you can do this by going through the Smartsheet App side of things, versus in the Admin Center. Click on your Profile Icon, then clickGroup Management. From here you should be able to copy and paste multiple email addresses into the group members field. (See:Manage and Use Smartsheet Contact Groups)

Thanks for this. It appears I was in group management, despite me accessing it via Admin Centre. Where I was going wrong was I was trying to add to many when I was copying and pasting.

For anyone else reading this post / solution, its worth noting only copy a max of 100 at a time otherwise it crashes.
