Automated Move Rows won't move anything
I have an automation set to run whenever a "Status" row changed (or row is added) with a condition: "Where Status Contains 'Out of Service'". It's set to alert me, then move rows. It alerts me just fine, but won't move any rows.
Using the row options to move the rows works with ease, and no error messages ever appear.
My trigger works correctly (or at least alerts me correctly), and my destination sheet are set up properly, I'm at a loss for why the rows won't move automatically. Any help?

How are you changing the Status cell?
Actions that will automatically modify the sheet (such as Move Row) cannot be triggered by inbound cell-links, cross-sheet formulas (or formulas that refer to another cell with an inbound cell link or cross sheet formula).
See the note in this Help Article:Trigger Blocks: Define When Your Workflow is Executed
Instead you could set the trigger for the workflow to be a date-based trigger, such as once a day. See:Create a Time-Based Automated Workflow

OK, I'm confused?
You mean "status" column right?
How can a status column change AND contain "Out of Service' at the same time?
Do you mean when the status column changes to out of service or when the status column changes from out of service?
