Workflow - when box is checked

Hi there,

I feel like this is an easy one, but for some reason I'm a bit confused about how to get it done - I want to trigger an alert when a box is checked - either when the row is added or when it is checked at a later point.


I was going to do 'when rows are added or changed' and 'xx' box is checked, but, I don't want the users to get alerts when there are changes to the row; I just want them to get a notification whenever the box is checked. Help!

It sounds like you may have your Report set to Gantt view instead of purely Grid view. You can change this from the side panel in the Report Widget by selecting Hide Gantt<\/strong>:<\/p>
