Calendar App - Does it function like report and can a filtered view be published?
Multi-part question here...
- Can the Calendar App source data from multiple sheets?
- If so, does it have a "current user" filter option like reports to show all tasks assigned to the current user in a calendar format?
- If so, can that filtered calendar be published to google?
- If so, and a date for a task is changed at the sheet level, will that change get pushed to google calendar so it is up to date?

Hi@RavMark
1. Yes! To do so, you would create a Report in the Smartsheet app first with all of these sheets, then use this Report as the source for your Calendar App. (See:Create a Basic Calendar View)
2. No, there isn't a "current user" filter in the Calendar App. Even if that filter is applied to the Report, the Calendar App does not support this type of filter. You could set up multiple filters so that when your userislooking at the Calendar they can select their own filter, but they would still be able to view all the other tasks as well in the original view.
3 & 4. If you're looking to add dates to a Google Calendar, I would suggest publishing aSheetinstead. Then yes, as you update tasks in the Sheet it will update in your Google Calendar as well (see:Publish a Smartsheet Calendar to iCaland Use a内容凯尔ndar with Google Calendar).
Cheers,

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.

Glad to hear that it worked for your present use-case.
