我的团队正在开发部门和IT部门之间的风险接受流程。我们有一个初步的过程,它目前存在于一个Word文档中,我们想看看它是否可以放在Smartsheets中一个更自动化的过程中。文件有两部分,每一部分都需要签名/签字。

  2. 部门主管审核请求并签字。签完字后,我们希望将它与所有表单信息以及IT特定添加的新框一起发送给IT。
  3. IT将审查提交的表单,添加他们的建议,并再次签名,并记录所有这一切。


我已经研究了两种可能的方法:

  1. 使用两种形式。表格1由部门填写并由部门主管授权。使用工作流,从Unit Head设置授权,一旦批准,将表单数据传输到Form2,具有与Form1相同的字段,但添加了IT使用的新字段。我发现的问题是,Form2不会将数据预先填充到实际表单上,这样就可以对其进行检查。这似乎在Smartsheets中还不是一个可用的函数:https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/40861/auto-populate-data-in-forms除非最近有什么变化。

Try taking out the {{Placeholders}} in the subject and body.
