@Shahar Gur-Ari

    我希望你一切安好!

    不幸的是,据我所知,无法使用Word!

    我总是使用adobeacrobat Pro,但可能有其他选项也可以工作。

    那有用吗?

    我希望这能有所帮助!

    注意安全,祝你周末愉快!

    最好的

    谢谢你的回答,

    希望你也平安!:)

    问题是我的公司没有杂技演员,

    所以,不知道如何创建可填充文档…

    这看起来是个不错的选择,很遗憾我需要另一个服务来使用它…

    如何创建可填充的pdf还有其他建议吗?

    提前谢谢,

  • 我不确定给出这个源是否违反了任何论坛政策,但你可以打印到PDF,然后使用pdfescape.com添加可填充字段。这是免费的。下载最终的PDF并上传到SmartSheet以生成您的文档。

Hello @Mike TV ,

Thank you for your prompt and legitimate replies and your spectacular patience.

I understand how the SmartSheet community works, thank you for your intense consideration.

To answer your reply and legitimate question, it seems the company reused the email address and allocated it to a different employee. So we are trying to figure out where SmartSheet is pulling the information from.

Thanks!

Hi @DesireeJones

An email address can only be associated with one Smartsheet account at a time. This means that if your new Employee logs in to Smartsheet with a duplicate email, the account they're logging in to will be the previous Employee's account.

You can manage members of your Smartsheet plan by accessing the User Management page in the Admin Center, that @Mike TV linked to. Here's another article that you may find helpful! Admin Center: Add, edit, or delete users

If your email alerts have the wrong name associated with the email, this is likely due to the Smartsheet name associated with that account. A System Admin can adjust this (see the article above) or the new Employee can change this in their personal settings: Adjust your personal account settings

Let me know if this helped! If not, it may be useful to see screen captures showing the areas where you see discrepancies, but please block out sensitive data.

Thanks,
