Dynamic View Details Pane not allowing for entry
Hello,
I have been working to set up a Smartsheet Dynamic View for as a way to receive requests from partners outside of my team. Some the things being tracked there are a few dates pictured below. One of the fields does not allow to be edited in the Dynamic view despite having the same settings as other date fields that seem to work. Does anyone have experience with troubleshooting this? I have attached some of the images to show the issue. Additionally, within the grid that is referenced, both fields are set to date type and restricted to date but I do not think that plays a role with this problem.
The view of the detail pane allows for the editing of "Online Assortment Date" but not for "On-Air Assortment (Priority) Date":
场改过的ies for "On-Air Assortment (Priority) Date" (This one does not work):
场改过的ies for "Online Assortment Date" (This one works):
Thanks,
Jacob

Does it have a formula in it, or is it locked on the source sheet?

No both columns have the same settings in the smartsheet grid. They both are date type restricted to dates and don't have any formulas. Both columns are unlocked since they need to be entered by the user of the Dynamic View sheet.

Have you tried recreating the Dynamic View. That's odd if they are both unlocked and both manual entry. You may end up having to reach out to Support.

Do you have field logic applied? If so ensure it is also set to " Show the following fields as required" OR "Show the following fields as editable"

Currently Data Shuttle workflows can only be built with Sheets (not Reports), as you've found.

You can select specific columns from the sheet in the Mapping tab of the Workflow, eliminating any unnecessary columns. You can also set Filters in the workflow to mimic any filters you had on the Report as well. See: Set filters to control which rows are offloaded

I hope you're well and safe!

- Ensure that they are shared with the underlying data.

- Do you mean Export or Print the Report?

Did that work/help? (for q1)

I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic weekend!

Best,
