When creating several projects in Smartsheet, how can I see all the projects in one calendar?

I would like to understand if Smartsheet can help in scheduling pur production runs?

How can I see all of projects on a calendar that is sharable with our team?

Based on phases, or certian items that are part of the worksheet?

    You would need to pull a report that looks at all of the different project sheets and then look at that report in Calendar View.

    Yesd that works for each sheet but a global calandar of all 35 sheets per say does not give an accurate picture or label the bars on the claendar either. I have been able to create reports and a calendar view wwith the report that looks at a specific task for each project but cannot see all taksks for all projects on one clalendar.

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.<\/a><\/p>

You are not missing anything. This is how DV works with dropdowns unfortunately. My work around in the past is to create an other option in the drop down, user chooses save. Then have logic built for a text field that appears so the user can input the values not present in dropdown. <\/p>
