I was hoping i could create a way to update a sheet with fixed records using forms

If I have a smartsheet with fixed number of rows with some content already fixed in some columns.

I need to add more content - two fields Score and Narration to each row.

But i want to have a Form 1 update column say 10 & 11 but only if 9 is present/matches user

Form 2 to update 13 & 14 but only if 12 is present

Form 3 to update 16 & 17 but only if 15 is present

And Master Form to update all fields when 1,2,3 have finished.

Can smartsheet do this ?

And can this be driven row by row ?

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
