这是一个非常大的工作空间,在我们转向SAP中的实时跟踪后,它刚刚退休,但它确实帮助仓库员工在两年左右的时间里习惯了有组织的工作流程和跟踪。看看我能不能帮你概括一下。
每个仓库都有一个由管理人员通过表单填写的提单跟踪单。他们用USB条码扫描器扫描纸质副本的条形码上的提单号码,扫描墙上的条形码上指定的提货人的名字和承运人的名字,然后输入提单的金额。(实际上,我让他们把这些扫描到一个条目表上的表格中,使用移动行工作流,实际上是通过第二个条目表移动行,然后将它们移动到主BOL跟踪表中。这是因为随着跟踪表变得越来越大,保存每次提交需要的时间太长了。通过跨越式操作,条目表一次不会超过1或2行,因此可以瞬间保存。)
当取货员取到指定的提单时,楼层主管会将状态从assigned更新到In Progress。当订单被取走并装上卡车时,主管将进行验证,然后将纸质提单返回给管理员,将状态更新为Closed。(在此之前,没有人跟踪谁在使用哪个BOL,所以如果有一个丢失了——每天都有一些丢失——没有人知道谁应该为此负责。)
我为每个仓库创建了一些度量表。对于每个采集者,计算当天分配给他们的bol数量,当天收货的数量,当天每一个收货的美元价值,以及当天分配的总数,正在进行的总数,当天收货的总数。我使用这些数据创建了一个带有甜甜圈图表的仪表板——#分配给每个选择器,%分配给每个选择器,#关闭每个选择器,总数字和值的指标,每个选择器当天关闭的总$值的图表。这个仪表盘被放在了仓库里的两个75英寸的大电视上。看到他们当前的参数能够让他们更快地工作,这对我们来说是件好事,因为在过去两年中我们的销售额提高了很多!
