智能表表单-显示仅视图字段
我们有一个SS表格，我们正在使用它来收集当月的项目上线信心。该表格向项目经理提供项目经理姓名、项目名称和当前上线日期以及条件问题。我们希望其中一些字段仅在表单(PM，项目Nm和当前上线日期)上查看。我还没有找到任何方法来做到这一点，不使用更新请求功能的形式。我们不能使用Update Request，因为有些字段是有条件的。在表单设置中是否有任何方法可以使字段视图仅或只能使用更新请求来完成?

如果你是这么做的我有个想法:将相同的信息放入标题/描述表单元素中，然后将这三个字段(其默认值)设置为隐藏。用户获取信息，但不能更改信息，并且将信息写入新行。
关于表单中可编辑的字段，尽管它们被锁定在工作表中——我相信表单上呈现给用户的任何字段都可以被填写。您甚至无法获得向它们显示任何包含列公式的列的选项。在更新请求中，可以将公式字段与计算值一起呈现给用户，但该字段显示为灰色且不可编辑。

啊哈，知道你在动态创建web表单URL就更有意义了。
您如何将此URL发送给PM?既然您正在将数据添加到URL中，也许您还可以将信息添加到用于通知PM URL的任何进程中，并将这些字段设置为隐藏以保持其只读状态?(整个过程并不是真的万无一失，因为任何人都可以替换URL中的这些值…)
当我对此进行测试时，为表单上隐藏的列指定一个值，当我提交表单时，它成功地提交了该值。

啊，所以把这些字段放到我们正在生成的电子邮件中，然后隐藏在表单中。如果我们能弄清楚如何将URL数据解析成电子邮件模板，这可能是一种选择。糟糕的是，你不能像切换“可视”一样，在表单设置上切换“可编辑”来关闭或打开编辑字段。也许将来会有增强!我将看看如何使用传递方法通信与表单。谢谢你的帮助!
