我们希望能够自动向客户发送电子邮件通知，但电子邮件中包含的信息需要包含一个标准文档。除了将相同的文档附加到表格的每一行并以这种方式添加之外，还有其他更有效的方法吗?这是多页的文本，所以它不能进入通知消息的主体，限制在2000字，并且在任何情况下，最好以pdf格式发送。

我目前的做法是将文档上传到adobe云中，并创建一个可共享的文档链接。然后我复制并粘贴该链接到邮件中，以便他们可以通过这种方式访问它。我们对多个文档进行了处理，没有遇到任何问题。

Neither from the dashboard view, nor from viewing the report directly can you hide or remove the column names.<\/p>

Looks like your report is on a dashboard. In that case, you can only remove the widget title. <\/p>

In reports you can change the Primary column name, but that's about it.<\/p>

Click and drag this blue box to the left until the widget is only as wide as you need to display what is there.<\/p>
