是否有可能为“列5”等于“管理报告”的所有行创建一个列表?该列表应该包含“第3列”(报告名称)的值和行附件。所以列表看起来像这样:


销售报告05/2022 .........File1.pdf, File2.jpg

科技报道05/2022 ..........FileXYZ.pdf

其他报道..............PresentationABC.pdf


我知道这对报告来说是可能的——然而,结果不应该看起来像一个表格,而应该更花哨一些。


我认为仪表板的功能不够灵活,至少我还没有想出一个方法来做到这一点。


我的最后一个选择是创建一个html文件并使用smartsheet API。如果我可以直接在smartsheet上托管HTML文件,这对我来说将是一个完美的解决方案。然而,我遇到了CORS问题。为一个简单的列表设置应用程序/服务器似乎有些过头。

As far as copying the rows to the secondary sheet, what I do is just hide the unnecessary columns. Other than that you can just have vlookup or index\/match formulas in the columns on the secondary sheet to pull data from the first sheet.<\/p>"},{"commentID":346950,"body":"

So when you hide the columns on the secondary sheet, they stay hidden even when new rows are coming over.<\/p>

I do this both ways depending on how much data we're talking about.
