Hi,

Is there a way to allow users to email comments without viewing the smartsheet? Is it possible to modify the email that gets sent when you @[email protected]from the[email protected], remove the reply in smartsheet box so they just reply to the email? When you add them as a commenter they can view the whole smartsheet and I'd prefer they didn't.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
