How to publish tableau dashboard connected to smartsheet to a tableau servert
Hi,
我能够连接smarsheet data to tableau desktop app via API token.
However, when I publish my workbook on my server, it prompts me to sign in with a user name and password.
I am an SSO user on smartsheet therefore don't have a password.
Can anyone please advise how do I get around this please?

Genevieve P. Employee AdminIf your company uses SSO, you will need to configure a Smartsheet DSN and connect using API Access Token. There are step-by-step instructions on how to do this in the Smartsheet Live Data Connector User Guide, see:
- Configuring a Smartsheet DSN (optional)- this is where you will use the API token
- Connect using API Access Token (for SSO users)
If these steps haven't worked for you, pleasereach out to the Support teamwith full screen captures and detailed notes on what you have tried so far.
