我只是第一次尝试workapps，在我看来，除非你是workapps的管理员/所有者，否则你不能在workapps中查看表时创建一个新的过滤器。这使得工作应用在很多情况下都毫无用处。

是这样吗?我很惊讶他们会这样设计。我觉得无论项目/功能/行业，无论人们需要能够过滤他们正在查看的任何电子表格。如果不能，他们就会用excel代替

No. A helper column, in this case, would be a column you add (checkbox), and then you'd add the last step to the Workflow that checks the box the first time it's run and add a condition to the Workflow that it should only trigger if the checkbox in the helper column is unchecked.<\/p>

Hi Benjamin, not natively. This also depends on your gSite setup. You have a few options, depending on your situation:<\/p>

1) You could \"publish\" your Smartsheet sheet of questions and embed it on your gSite<\/p>

2) You could send your Smartsheet questions to a Google sheet (via Zapier) and connect the Google Sheet to your gSite <\/p>

3) You could connect your Smartsheet to the gSite through a custom API build, but you would stll need something on your gSite to \"receive\" the data coming from Smartsheet. So this might be overkill for what you're trying to accomplish.<\/p>

Without knowing your gSite setup and the way that data is configured, it's hard to offer a solution for you.<\/p>
