@maltaee<\/a> Yes, you can only map one column to one field, you can not map options within a column. Since your question is split out to two fields you need two columns. <\/p> You could change your form to combine the yes \/ no into one field instead and remove the text yes and no, and then if someone selects yes it will show yes, or someone selects no it would show no.
