工作区的所有者/管理员视图(隐藏未使用的工作区)

作为Smartsheet的公司管理员，我通常会部署全新的项目工作区——这让我有机会在团队成员遇到困难或问题时提供帮助;然后我可以在他们的工作空间里和他们一起解决问题。

这导致了一个问题，我有许多可见的工作区，其中我实际上只经常使用5个用于我自己的项目。出现的典型问题是;

  • 在我的5个项目中搜索工作表会产生100个(有时是1000个)结果，因为它会在其他工作区(我没有使用)中选择工作表-见下文
  • 从另一个工作表中的单元格链接或创建公式需要我在数百个卷起的工作空间中搜索(工作空间名称是唯一的-其中的工作表通常是标准化的，这意味着搜索功能在这种情况下是无用的，因为当输入工作表名称时，工作空间名称会消失，因此几乎无法推断出您现在想要链接的工作表。

我认为解决这个问题的一个简单方法是在搜索栏中添加一个过滤器，允许用户只选择“收藏夹”工作区，正如我下面建议的那样。(我不确定如何从单元格功能链接可以处理，但这将是一个开始)。

然而，理想情况下，我希望能够对任何视图隐藏其他工作区——除非我特别需要调用一个工作区来询问另一个用户。
