我有一个智能表，是一个“不良事件登记册”。在填写表格时，该人员将勾选该不良事件是“安全”，“财产”还是“健康和安全”事件。
H&S和Estates团队都拥有智能表格许可证，并且可以访问整个表格中的所有信息。安全团队没有任何智能表许可证，因为这些不良事件(每年大约10-20次)是他们使用智能表的唯一原因。
我们设置了一个工作流，当一行与他们相关时提醒他们——行被发送给他们，他们可以添加评论。我们希望他们能够实际编辑行中的文本，而不是只是将注释附加到行作为一个整体。是否有可能让他们访问编辑行，而不让他们访问整个智能表?
另外，我们一直在考虑建立一个工作流，将与安全团队相关的行复制到安全团队指定的Adverse Events注册表中;然而:
A)他们是否能够在没有许可的情况下访问和编辑这种类型的智能表?
b)如果他们可以访问和编辑此安全特定的智能表，是否有一个工作流程或公式使在此安全不良事件登记册上所做的任何编辑自动显示在原始主不良事件登记册上?

不，您可以设置自动更新请求，以触发复发或特定情况发生时。
如果可行的话，这将是我的建议。
复制行过程也可以工作，但是如果它们更新的时间与您填写/更新的时间相同，则需要添加多个辅助列来显示Security团队输入/更改的内容。如果它们总是只更改字段，那就简单多了，但我建议开始探索选项一是否可行。
