作为我们公司大多数工作区的所有者，我经常收到来自外部方的电子邮件，要求访问特定的工作表。虽然我可能是业主，但我通常不是项目的经理，并且很少了解外部方所扮演的角色。

在收到这些请求后，我需要搜索系统和/或与我们的团队联系，以找出它可能来自何处。

如果请求包含更多的信息-理想情况下，存储工作表的工作区的名称-这将节省大量时间。我们使用一些非常通用的Sheet名称，有时使识别变得困难。
