Does anyone notice that the search function is not working anymore since 1 November 2022?

    One of the best features of Smartsheet was the seamless search across multiple Sheets. It made simple data mining a breeze. But Search has been buggy for weeks now and our business really depends on it heavily. Anyone starting to consider alternatives? What are the options if this does not get fixed?

    Having the same issue, searches that are clearly there is not showing up. Any time frame on a fix?

    Since Search was redesigned it hasn't worked. I can't believe that it was not even easy to find a thread about it in here - it clearly matters to a lot of us! I agree entirely with adrian1 that the search across multiple sheets was an invaluable tool. The new one isn't even giving me hits for things I know are there.

    How can this have not been spotted in QA before roll-out and worse, how has it been this way for over a month with no sign of a solution ?

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
